CFC is located on the Great Lakes shard only. Gates are open in Brit West around 15 minutes prior to the opening of each event, and usually running a little ways after that. We're located two screens SW of Umbra, on the northern edge of the desert surrounding the Gravewater Lake in Malas. (One house north of the boat-shaped house)
